Join the Sharks Match Day Crew
Match days are built on community, connection, and the team behind the team. We are looking for passionate volunteers to join the crew at Seymour Shaw Park for the upcoming season. If you want to help create an unforgettable experience for our fans and be part of something special, we have a role for you.
VOLUNTEER ROLES
No experience? No problem. Training and support are provided, and we’ll match you with a role that suits your availability and interests.
Typical volunteer roles include:
Front Gate & Entry Support - welcoming supporters and assisting with entry on match day.
Match Day Crew - assisting with general operations around the ground while wearing high‑vis crew apparel across our Senior, Youth and JDL match days.
Event Activations - helping delivery match day activations for our partners and for fan entertainment and engagement
Merchandise Support - helping manage matchday merchandise sales
Pack‑up & Ground Support - helping ensure Seymour Shaw Park is left clean and ready after matches.
Corporate Hospitality Hosting - welcoming corporate guests and partners, assisting in hospitality areas, ensuring a premium match-day experience, and being a friendly point of contact for any enquiries.
We’re always open to hearing about other skills or experience you’d like to contribute.
Who Can Volunteer?
Everyone is welcome. You don’t need football knowledge, just a friendly attitude and willingness to help. Volunteers can be individuals, parents, players, friends or family members. You’re welcome to volunteer casually or more regularly, it’s completely flexible.
