Sutherland Sharks enters the next three years with with clear goals and renewed ambition: to build a club that achieves success at the highest level while staying deeply connected to our community.
On the pitch, we are focused on winning the NPL title within three years, securing Youth promotion to NPL1 at the first opportunity, and ensuring at least half of our First Grade squad has come through the Sharks pathway. Off the pitch, we aim to achieve a Gold rating across our JDL and Youth programs by 2027, demonstrating excellence in coaching, development, and program quality.
Just as importantly, we will work closely with the Sutherland Shire Football Association and local clubs to strengthen pathways, share knowledge, and deepen the connection between our club and the community. This strategy balances ambition with humility: success means not only lifting trophies but also building a sustainable, community-driven environment where players, coaches, and families can thrive.
