The Sharks Development Program operates as a single aligned pathway for both Girls and Boys, offering dedicated streams for both individual players and whole teams. Tailored for players aged 5–12 who are not currently in the JDL system, the program is designed to provide high-level football development.
For individual players aspiring to progress through the club’s representative pathways, we offer two distinct streams: the Skills Academy and the Sharks Development Squad.
