sharks development program

Designed for boys aged 5–12 and girls aged 5–14, this program offers additional training and access to Sharks Pathways. We focus on strong fundamentals, confidence, and game understanding, supporting players exactly where they are in their development.

The Future Sharks Pathway

The Sharks Development Program operates as a single aligned pathway comprising two distinct streams: the Sharks Development Squad and the Skills Academy. Tailored for players aged 5–12 who are not currently in the JDL system, this program is designed for those seeking additional football development and aspiring to progress through the club’s representative pathways.

Skills Academy

The Skills Academy serves as the entry point for players aged 5–12. This stream is ideal for players continuing to build confidence and establish a strong foundation of core football skills.
