Through our Youth Scholarship Program, the Sharks Foundation removes one of the biggest barriers in youth football — the high cost of participation. The program fully covers player registration and team fees for eligible young players, ensuring financial circumstances never stand in the way of talent or opportunity. By combining this support with investment in coaching and wellbeing programs, we’re giving every child the chance to develop their skills, confidence and character, helping shape the next generation of footballers across the Sutherland Shire.

2. Community Engagement

The Sharks Foundation helps deepen our connection with the Sutherland Shire by making football more accessible to everyone. Your contribution helps fund discounted clinics and holiday camps for local kids, and supports partnerships with schools to bring elite coaching into classrooms and playgrounds. By promoting healthy lifestyles, resilience and teamwork, we’re helping young people grow on and off the pitch, and building a stronger football community for the future.

3. Facilities & Infrastructure

Strong community football deserves strong foundations. Through the Sharks Foundation, these funds improve the places that bring us together, enhancing the Seymour Shaw playing surface, lighting and seating, expanding training and recovery areas, and creating better spaces for women and families. Every contribution helps make Seymour Shaw a welcoming, enjoyable home for players, parents and fans alike.
