With a revitalised clubhouse and an all-new bar at the heart of our match day experience, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our hospitality operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to be part of a club that’s building serious momentum—on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our licensed clubhouse bar during match days, functions, and regular trading hours.

  • Manage ordering, receiving, and stock control with a focus on minimising waste and maximising efficiency.

  • Lead, roster, and support a casual team of bar staff and volunteers.

  • Ensure full compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety regulations.

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in a welcoming and professional manner.

  • Reconcile sales, manage cash/EFTPOS takings, and report on performance.

  • Maintain and operate the venue’s POS system.

  • Collaborate with club leadership to deliver high-quality events and match day experiences.

  • Uphold excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in bar or hospitality management.

  • A valid NSW RSA certificate (essential).

  • Confident leadership, strong communication, and great time management.

  • Experience with stock control and POS systems.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and major game days.

  • A genuine passion for community sport and being part of a team.

CASUAL BAR STAFF

If you're energetic, love working with people, and want to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and football-filled environment—we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly and efficiently.

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to fans, guests, and members.

  • Operate POS systems and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately.

  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-presented.

  • Assist with restocking and general bar support as needed.

  • Work closely with the Bar Manager and fellow staff to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Need

  • A valid NSW RSA certificate (essential).

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

  • Availability on weekends, particularly during home games and events.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
