The Sharks Foundation makes football more accessible in the Shire by funding discounted clinics, holiday camps, and school programs. This brings elite coaching to local kids, promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and personal growth on and off the pitch.
Youth Development
We believe financial circumstances should never stand in the way of talent. Our Scholarships aim to remove the financial barriers of elite football by fully or partially covering registration fees for eligible players. Beyond the pitch, we actively invest in the holistic growth of our youth squads by providing elite coaching frameworks, dedicated equipment, and vital educational workshops that equip our players with the tools they need to succeed.
Women’s Football
The Sharks Foundation is committed to building an elite environment that attracts, trains, and retains female players and staff. Delivering female specific infrastructure and welfare programs, coaching certifications to upskill women, and the specialised coaches who deliver our girls only community clinics.
Facilities and infrastructure
Strong community football needs strong foundations. The Sharks Foundation directs funds into Seymour Shaw — improving the pitch, lighting and seating, expanding training and recovery areas, and creating better spaces for women and families — so it remains a welcoming home for players, parents and fans.
