JDL Coach
Location: Sutherland Sharks Football Club, Miranda, NSW

About the Role
Sutherland Sharks FC is seeking passionate and committed coaches to join our Junior Development League (JDL) program for the 2026 season. With a dedicated JDL Technical Director and a clear development pathway, we’re building what we believe will be the leading JDL program in NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and supportive coaching environment focused on technical development, positive culture, and long-term player growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions in line with the club’s playing philosophy.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to players and parents.
Work collaboratively with the JDL Technical Director and other coaches.
Assist with player assessments, reporting, and development plans.
Attend matches, training sessions, and coach development workshops as required.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum C-Diploma
Ideally completed the FNSW JDL Course
Experience coaching players aged 9–12.
A positive, energetic attitude and commitment to long-term player development.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Current Working With Children Check (mandatory).
