Creating a Positive Football Environment for All

At Sutherland Sharks, we value our community and the supportive environment we've built together. Our players, parents, and supporters all contribute significantly to making our club welcoming and inspiring for young footballers.

To maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere, we're introducing our Parents and Spectators Code of Conduct. This initiative highlights our shared commitment to respect, fairness, and enjoyment both on and off the pitch.

Football plays a crucial role in teaching teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The attitudes and actions of parents and spectators can significantly impact these experiences, which makes this code essential for our club.

The Sharks Parents and Spectators Code of Conduct outlines clear, simple ways to support a safe and positive environment during matches, training sessions, and club events. By adhering to this code, you directly contribute to our young players' success, confidence, and enjoyment.

Copies of the Code of Conduct will be available around Seymour Shaw, and we'll distribute it to all club families. You can also download your own copy right here. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with its content—we greatly appreciate your cooperation and support.

Together, let's continue making Sutherland Sharks FC a place where every player feels encouraged and supported.
