OUR AIM
Is to provide a Sports Specific Speed Program, which will focus on Speed, Agility, Quickness of the mark and Strength and Conditioning training. It has been designed to enhance the coordination skills of; running, kicking, sprinting. The players will get a video analysis on their running style. We coach these areas through game based practices.
We would like to help educate the players on their body and how to use it during football specific sprinting activities like running with and without the ball and change of direction.
