Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sutherland Sharks Football Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

Date: Monday, 5 May 2025
Time: 7:00 pm
Venue: Sutherland Sharks Clubhouse, Seymour Shaw Park, Miranda

Agenda

  • Confirmation of the minutes from the previous AGM and any subsequent Special General Meetings.

  • Receipt and adoption of the Club’s Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 30 September 2024.

  • Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members.

  • Appointment of the Auditor for the forthcoming financial year.

  • Consideration of motions submitted by members in accordance with the Club Constitution.

  • Adoption of revised constitution incorporating modern language and governance practices.

  • General business.

Committee Nominations

Nominations for Committee positions must be made in writing, signed by two current financial members, and accompanied by the nominee’s written consent. Nominations must be received by the Secretary no later than 28 April 2025.

Motions

Any motions for consideration at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than 28 April 2025.
