Shire Talent Returns: Sharks Welcome Back Jordan Perez
Sutherland Sharks FC is proud to welcome Jordan Perez back to the Shire ahead of the 2026 NPL NSW season.
A Bangor Brumbies junior and former Sharks youth player, Jordan began his football journey in our backyard before stepping into senior football and carving out an impressive rise through the Australian Football system & beyond. His standout 2025 season with NWS Spirit, where he played a major part in their Championship-winning campaign, cemented him as one of the league’s most reliable and composed left-sided players.
Jordan Perez still rocking his kits from his Youth days at the club.
Now returning to Seymour Shaw as a proven performer, Jordan reunites with head coach David Perkovic and arrives ready to add strength, balance and real quality down the left. His story reflects exactly what the Club aims to champion: develop local shire talent and provide opportunities for them to grow and succeed.
Jordan shared his excitement about the move:
“Coming back to Sutho feels special. This is where my football started, from Bangor Brumbies to the Sharks. I’ve learnt a lot over the last few years, and I’m ready to bring that experience home and help push the Club forward in 2026.”
Jordan’s journey reinforces our commitment to reconnecting with local junior clubs and strengthening the pathway that continues to shape the next generation of Sharks talent.
Welcome home, Jordan.
Jordan Perez in our Blue once again.
