Kiki Naumoff appointed Head of Youth Football ahead of 2026 season
We’re proud to announce that Christopher “Kiki” Naumoff has been appointed Head of Youth Football at Sutherland Sharks FC, marking an exciting new chapter for our football program.
A former professional with Sydney FC and long-time member of our coaching team, Kiki has played a pivotal role in developing young Sharks talent over recent seasons. Alongside his continued position as U20s Head Coach, Kiki will now lead our Youth structure as we pursue our goal of achieving a Gold-rated Youth program under Football NSW’s development framework and promotion to NPL1 at the next opportunity.
We’re equally pleased to confirm that Paul Reid will continue his strong involvement with the Club in 2026 and beyond. In addition to being the U17 Joeys Assistant Coach and U18's Head Coach, Paul as the Head of Football Development, will lead our new High Performance Programs, designed to nurture and strengthen our Clubs talent but also link with the wider Shire football community. His experience and leadership remain an integral part of our vision, and we’re excited to see these programs come to life as part of our recently announced Three-Year Football Plan.
These appointments reflect our commitment to providing clear pathways for both players and coaches, connection with the community, and ensuring the next generation of Sharks continue to grow in a high-performance environment that nurtures technical ability, football intelligence, and character.
