Sharks Open Dedicated Video Analysis Facility

Sharks record every JDL, Youth and Men’s game using the latest Veo 3 video technology, and now we have a brand new facility for every team to have a weekly session with their coach and TD in a dedicated classroom environment as part of the first training session of the week.

Post-game video analysis is an excellent tool to help young players learn and improve. It provides clear, visual feedback that complements on-field coaching. It helps all players better understand tactical concepts, positioning, and decision-making by allowing them to see and reflect on their performance objectively.

This method increases players’ self-awareness, confidence, and motivation, making it easier for them to track their progress over time and continuously develop their skills.

Every team, from the U9s through to First Grade will be using this tool each week to learn and grow together. It’s a big step forward for player development at the club.
