Smithy’s Is Now Open: The Final Piece of the New Sharks Clubhouse

We’re so proud to announce that Smithy’s — our brand-new upstairs bar and dining space — is officially open.

This marks the final major milestone in the completion of the new-look Sharks Clubhouse, capping off a remarkable transformation of our facilities at Seymour Shaw. After years of planning, building and dreaming, we now have a home that matches our ambition — and Smithy’s is the jewel in the crown.

Named in honour of club legend Paul Smith, Smithy’s isn’t just a place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. It’s the best seat in the house to watch football — bar none. Elevated views over the pitch, a fully stocked bar with beer on tap, spirits, cocktails and wine, plus a table-service food experience that brings the quality straight to you.

Our new kitchen is turning out some of the best stadium food you’ll find anywhere, from pub-style classics to family-friendly favourites — all delivered straight to your table, so you never miss a minute of the action. See the full menu here.

But more than that, Smithy’s is a place for the Shire. A space to come together, catch up with mates, enjoy the football, and be part of something special.

This is more than just a new bar. It’s a symbol of how far the club has come — and where we’re headed.

Come experience it for yourself. Doors open at 2.30pm this Saturday as we take on league leaders Marconi, kicking off at 4pm.
